Since 2014, the Department has hosted an Annual Assembly at the beginning of the first semester to provide an opportunity for all History students in different programs to meet with faculty members of the Department. During the Assembly, all scholarship winners will be congratulated while recognition will also be given to the following students:
- CGPA ≥ 3.40: Certificate of Excellence
- CGPA 3.30-3.39: Certificate of Merit
- GPA Winners by Year
- GPA Winners by Program
- Most Improved Awards
- Good Progress Awards
- Overall GPA Winner Awards
- Leadership and Service Awards
